Driver/Camera Operator Bear Staffing Services Traffic Camera Operator Pay Rate:

$20.00 per hour/ paid weekly

Shift :

Day time: 10-12-hour shifts. Will average 25+ hours per week (Weather permitting) Hours increasing into Spring. Seeking employees who can work flex to nighttime hours as needed. Start/End times will vary. 1st shift can start as early as 3am (normally 5-6am) and 3rd shift can start as early as 5pm (normally 7-8pm) Must be flexible to various shifts on weekdays, and weekends. Location is Norristown Must be willing to sit in a vehicle for long periods at a time. This position requires working closely with local DMV to enforce speeding regulations in construction zones.

Responsibilities:

Set up/take down camera equipment Monitor vehicle speeds at assigned locations Process paperwork accurately for court deployment forms. Local travel within the jurisdiction assigned or travel within the State of Pennsylvania Monitor weather and lighting and make camera adjustments as necessary. Communicate with supervisor and other operators Responsible for professional conduct and demeanor at all times while traveling to and from sites and while representing the company at any time. Log and report equipment-related issues

Requirements:

Clear driving record is required-MVR Valid Driver's License High School Diploma or Equivalent Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to perform job at a high level with little supervision Ability to sit for long periods of time Intermediate knowledge of operating computers and related equipment Photography knowledge and skills a plus Steel toe shoes required Be able to lift up to 50lbs.
