This role is vital in managing the entire print process, from prepress preparations to final production. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for print technology, a keen eye for color accuracy, and a commitment to excellence in standards. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate all aspects of the printing process, including taking client input for proper formatting, screen printing, and layout design. Oversee prepress activities such as color profile management, bleeds, and layout press spec optimization to ensure print accuracy. Manage quality control procedures throughout production to meet strict standards for consistency and excellence. Collaborate with graphic designers utilizing Adobe Creative Suite to prepare files optimized for various printing techniques and be able to use these products to make simple adjustments Ensure great customer service and interaction to intake work and manage customer concerns Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste. Qualifications Proven experience in printing environments Strong knowledge of prepress processes, including color profile management, bleeds, layout press spec optimization, and Adobe Creative Suite proficiency. Familiarity with quality control standards specific to print advertising and packaging production. Solid understanding of graphic design principles and their application in print production workflows.
