Assistant Camera (AC)

Seeking an experienced Assistant Camera (AC) for an upcoming unscripted series filming in Austin, TX. Position will work approximately 3 shoot days consisting of 2 verité/docu-follow days and 1 sit-down interview day. Ideal candidates should have experience supporting handheld/verité-style productions and working in a fast-paced run-and-gun environment. Responsibilities include assisting the DP with camera builds, media management, battery swaps, lens changes, and supporting camera operations throughout production. Candidates should also be comfortable stepping in for occasional camera operating as needed during verité filming. Must be organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in residential and construction locations. Local Austin hires strongly encouraged.
