Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Large Format Print & Cut Technician to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining large-scale printing and cutting equipment to produce high-quality visual displays, signage, and advertising materials. Responsibilities Operate large format printers and cutters with precision and efficiency. Prepare digital files using prepress techniques, ensuring optimal color management and accurate layout design. Conduct quality control checks throughout the printing and cutting process to maintain high standards. Perform routine maintenance on printing and machining equipment to ensure smooth operation. Collaborate with graphic designers to review proofs, troubleshoot issues, and refine print layouts. Manage inventory of printing supplies, substrates, inks, and cutting tools to meet production schedules. Implement safety protocols when operating machinery such as modern printers and CNC equipment to ensure a secure workspace. Skills Proficiency in prepress processes and color management using Adobe Illustrator Experience with basic fabricated design work for simple builds Experience with quality control procedures for large format prints and cut materials. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues with printers and cutters. Familiarity with manufacturing environments and safety procedures related to machinery operation. Excellent attention to detail combined with strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously.
