Temp-to-Hire Pay:

$20-$25 per Hour We are seeking an experienced HP Indigo Operator to join our production team in the Dallas, TX area. This is a first-shift, temp-to-hire opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in digital printing, color management, and press operation. Key Responsibilities Machine Setup & Calibration Pre-flight files to ensure print readiness. Load substrates, including paper and specialty materials. Calibrate color profiles and press settings to achieve accurate registration and consistent brand color reproduction. Production & Quality Monitoring Operate HP Indigo digital presses efficiently and safely. Manage media, consumables, and ink supplies throughout production runs. Monitor print output and perform quality checks to ensure all products meet customer specifications and quality standards. Maintenance & Troubleshooting Perform routine preventive maintenance, including cleaning and replacing wear parts. Diagnose and resolve mechanical, software, and print-quality issues to minimize downtime and maintain productivity. Workflow Collaboration Work closely with prepress, customer service, and finishing departments to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule. Communicate effectively regarding job requirements, production timelines, and quality expectations. Qualifications Experience operating HP Indigo digital presses, including models such as the HP Indigo 7500 Series cut-sheet printers. Strong technical aptitude and ability to navigate proprietary production software. Knowledge of color theory, color management, and color-matching systems. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet tight deadlines.
