Job Description

Digital Print Operator - DTF Meridian Impressions

  • Early Hire #1 Meridian Impressions just launched and we're already gaining traction.
Now we need our first print operator to help us scale. Get in early, own your role, and actually see your impact. What you'll do Run our DTF printer end to end — printing, powdering, curing, transfers File prep and prepress in Adobe CC — color management, layout, typography Manage color output and job queues in Onyx RIP software Collab with the design team — screen to substrate, no excuses QC every run and troubleshoot when things go sideways (they will) You bring Energy first: Enthusiasm > experience. We'll teach the tech.
Adobe CC fluency:
Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign. Near-fluency works too.
Prepress eye:
You catch bad files before they hit the printer.
You show up:
Small team. If you're out, everyone feels it. No Onyx RIP experience? Fine — strong Adobe CC + color management skills and you'll get there fast.
