In this vital role, you will be responsible for preparing print files and ensuring all prepress processes are flawlessly executed to deliver high-quality print products. Your expertise will help streamline production workflows, maintain color accuracy, and uphold the highest standards of quality control. Responsibilities Review and interpret digital files, ensuring they meet specifications for printing processes such as flexo press or CNC machining. Prepare and proof layouts using graphic design skills and Adobe Creative Suite tools, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Manage color calibration and color management techniques to achieve consistent, vibrant results across various substrates and printing methods. Conduct quality control checks on prepress outputs, verifying layout accuracy, typography clarity, and overall design integrity. Collaborate with production teams to optimize workflows for screen printing, flexo presses, or other manufacturing processes. Operate auxiliary equipment such as forklifts when necessary to handle materials safely within the production area. Maintain detailed records of prepress activities, file versions, and quality inspections to ensure traceability and accountability. Skills Extensive experience with prepress operations within a manufacturing or print environment. Strong knowledge of screen printing techniques and flexo press operations. Proficiency in color management systems and print advertising standards. Solid background in graphic design principles, typography, layout design, and print production workflows. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite applications including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Familiarity with CNC machinery, machining processes, and quality control procedures. Ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently in a manufacturing setting. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on precision in layout design and print quality assurance.
