3D Printer Technician

About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated 3D Printer Technician to join our Maintenance team. In this role, you'll work hands-on with cutting-edge 3D printing technology to support operations across multiple plants by reproducing critical parts and components. This is a great opportunity for someone with a mechanical mindset, CAD experience, or a passion for additive manufacturing who wants to grow their skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. What You'll Do Program, operate, and maintain 3D printing equipment Collaborate with Maintenance and Storeroom teams to identify parts for reproduction Measure, scan, and prepare components for 3D printing Perform quality checks on all printed parts before distribution Maintain inventory of printing materials and supplies Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment Support additional maintenance-related tasks as needed

What We're Looking For Required Skills & Experience:

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Hands-on experience with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with CAD software (SolidWorks strongly preferred) Previous 3D printing experience Background in mechanical or electro-mechanical systems Education Currently enrolled in or completed an electro-mechanical program (community college or vocational school preferred) Coursework or training in 3D printing is a plus Key Traits for Success Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams Dependable and able to work independently Highly detail-oriented with a focus on safety and accuracy Eager to learn and grow with new technology

Physical Requirements Walking:

~20% (throughout plant)

Sitting:
