Temp-to-Hire Position Overview Madden Industrial Craftsmen is seeking a Press Brake Operator to set up and operate press brake machines used to form metal parts. This role is best suited for candidates with prior press brake or similar machine experience.Pay and Schedule Pay:
$19- 22/hour
Schedule:
Monday- Saturday (mandatory overtime)
Shifts:
1stShift:
5:30 AM- 2:00 PM 2nd
Shift:
1:30 PM- 10:00 PM (shift differential) 10-12 hour shifts are common Responsibilities Set up and operate press brake machines Read and interpret blueprints Measure and inspect parts using a tape measure Adjust machine settings to ensure accuracy Perform quality checks on finished parts Assist with general production tasks as needed Requirements 1+ year of press brake or similar experience preferred Ability to read blueprints Ability to read a tape measure (1/16" test required) Strong attention to detail Additional Requirements Must pass background check and drug screen
