The ideal candidate will have experience around or operating various machinery and tools, ensuring high-quality production standards while maintaining a safe work environment. Duties Operate and monitor machinery, including press brake machines & plasma table to ensure optimal performance and quality output. Utilize hand tools and precision measuring instruments such as micrometers to perform accurate measurements and adjustments. Engage in CAM programming for automated processes, enhancing production efficiency. Fabricate components as per specifications, ensuring adherence to quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. Perform routine maintenance on machines and tools, troubleshooting any issues that arise during operation. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment to promote workplace safety. Requirements Proven experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role within our shop. Familiarity with machining processes, tooling, welding, and fabrication techniques is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Willingness to adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations in the workplace.
