What we are looking for in a candidate is the following:

Hours:

5 a.m. to 3:30

Required Experience:

Minimum one year experience using Press Brake machinery, mandatory.

MUST HAVE MINIMUM ONE YEAR EXPERIENCE OR MORE AS A PRESS BRAKE OPERATOR, EXPERIENCE MUST BE RECENT, CANDIDATES WITHOUT PRESS BRAKE EXPERIENCE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

Able to read and understand blueprints (You will be tested on this). Operator must be able to perform machine setups without assistance. Must be able to interpret drawings and match tooling selection and trouble shoot issues with conformance. Possess necessary skills that allow them to process multiple sequences of bending operations. Able to train less skilled team mates so they can develop into a more productive member of the team.

Responsibilities:

Able to work with minimal supervision and perform necessary tasks. Safely and efficiently operate the machines and maintain a clean and organized work station while performing your duties. Respectful communication habits. Ability to work autonomously, without supervision. Comfortable with a changing work environment and doing different job functions each day. Willing to work overtime when necessary is preferred. Willing to learn new things

Preferred Experience:

Previous work experience (5 years required). Familiar with Trumpf Press Brake equipment. Very familiar with precision brake press operations, new standard tooling, inspection, and blueprint reading. Aerospace or automotive industry experience a plus.
