, a family‑owned metal stamping and fabrication company serving the aerospace and commercial industries since 1962, is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer / Press Brake Setup Technician.
Responsibilities:
Program, set up, and operate CNC press brake machines Create and modify press brake programs using CAD/CAM software Select tooling and set up machines based on prints and material requirements Inspect parts using precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) Ensure parts meet quality standards and customer specifications Troubleshoot programming, setup, and production issues Maintain accurate production and quality documentation Work closely with engineering and production teams
Qualifications:
3-5 years of CNC press brake programming and setup experience Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Knowledge of metal fabrication processes and materials Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced job shop environment Ability to stand for extended periods and lift as required Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Must be able to pass a background check Must meet ITAR requirements (U.S. Person as defined by 22 CFR §120.15)
