What you'll do Operate Durma and Cincinnati press brake machines to bend, form, and shape metal components as per design specifications. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand project requirements. Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy in dimensions and tolerances. Perform routine maintenance on press brake machines to ensure optimal performance. Assemble components as necessary, ensuring quality standards are met throughout the process. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve production efficiency. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Qualifications 3 + years operating Durma, Cincinnati CNC press brake machines is essential. Familiarity with basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations. Experience with hand tools, laser cutting, plasma cutting, and CNC operations is a plus. Knowledge of precision measuring instruments is required for quality control purposes. Understanding of GD&T principles is beneficial for interpreting complex designs. Previous experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment is mandatory. English is a must, Spanish is a plus.
