JOB SUMMARY
Experienced Press Brake Operator. The ideal candidate would be familiar with using a Delem Controller.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Set up and run 10' Ermak Press Brake with Delem Controller Change out press brake punches and dies Bend 14ga, 16ga, and 18ga stainless steel Parts that will be bent include small items (e.g. hand-sized brackets) and large items (e.g. wide sinks) Make adjustments to press brake settings to ensure quality of bends are per standards Perform routine maintenance Support other departments, including preparing and packaging products to ship to customers. Potential to learn and use Fiber Laser cutter machine.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years in a manufacturing environment 3+ years operating a CNC Press Brake Proficiency driving forklifts
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted Prolonged periods of standing, pushing/pulling, lifting, and operating press High school diploma (or equivalent) Valid driver's license Background check & drug screening
