IMMEDIATE OPENING
We are seeking an experienced Senior CNC Press Brake Setup Technician / Operator to join our growing fabrication team. This is a hands-on position for a highly skilled professional with a minimum of 5-10 years of experience operating, programming, setting up, and troubleshooting CNC hydraulic press brakes. This is not an entry-level operator position. We are looking for someone who can independently read blueprints, determine bend sequences, select tooling, create or modify CNC programs, perform complete machine setups, inspect finished parts, troubleshoot problems, and maintain production quality with minimal supervision.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 5-10 years of CNC hydraulic press brake experience Experience performing complete machine setups from start to finish Ability to independently select punches, dies, and tooling Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings, blueprints, and work orders Strong understanding of Bend Allowance, Bend Deduction, K-Factor, Material Grain Direction, Springback Compensation, and Tooling Selection Experience forming Mild Steel, Stainless Steel, and Aluminum Ability to inspect parts and maintain tight tolerances Ability to troubleshoot machine, tooling, and forming issues independently
RESPONSIBILITIES
Set up and operate CNC hydraulic press brakes Create, edit, and troubleshoot CNC programs Program and adjust AMNC-PC and Delem control systems Determine proper bend sequences and tooling requirements Set up punches, dies, and back gauges Read blueprints and fabrication drawings Perform first-piece and in-process inspections Maintain quality standards and dimensional accuracy Troubleshoot production, tooling, and machine issues Maintain production schedules and efficiency
