Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Machine Turret/Brake Press Operator to join our 3rd shift production team. In this role, you will operate CNC turret punch presses and/or brake press machines to fabricate metal components according to specifications. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals with strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
Shift:
Overnight Shift | 9:30 PM - 6:00 AM (Monday - Friday), some Saturday's mandatory OT.
Please note:
This position requires 2-3 weeks of training on 1st shift or 2nd Shift (typically 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM) before transitioning to 3rd shift.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate CNC turret and/or brake press machines safely and efficiently Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production schedules Set up machines, perform tool changes, and adjust settings as needed Inspect parts to ensure quality and accuracy per specifications Maintain a clean and organized work area Report any machine malfunctions or safety issues to supervision Follow all company safety protocols and procedures Benefits of working with us: Health, Vision and Dental Insurance Weekly pay Long term job opportunities with stability 40 hours plus over-time when needed #nowhiring lifting, computer skills, stand up +8 hours
