This is a 4-day work week (Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM-3:30 PM), so you get your Fridays back without sacrificing full-time pay or benefits. What You'll Do Operate press brake machinery to bend, form, and shape metal components to specification Read and interpret blueprints and work orders to ensure accurate, quality parts every time Set up, program, and adjust machines; verify equipment programs against work orders prior to production Inspect finished parts and maintain high quality standards throughout the process Train and guide new team members on machine setup and safe operation Keep your work area clean, organized, and in compliance with all safety standards What You Bring Prior experience as a Press Brake Operator or in a metal fabrication role Ability to read blueprints and work from written specifications Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements Ability to troubleshoot and make adjustments on the fly Commitment to safety — for yourself and your teammates Physical capability to stand, lift (up to 50+ lbs), and operate machinery throughout the shift Compensation & Benefits $19
