In this role, you will be responsible for operating CNC press brake machines to bend and shape sheet metal with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will contribute to the production of high-quality metal components used across various industries. Duties Set up and operate Accupress CNC press brake machines Required Qualifications 2+ years of CNC press brake experience , preferably with Accupress Strong understanding of metal thickness, bend allowances, and tolerances Experience working with steel, stainless steel, and aluminum Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Familiar with measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and angle gauges Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Preferred Qualifications Fabrication shop experience Knowledge of CNC programming and setup optimization Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Forklift or overhead crane experience (a plus) Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Stand for extended periods Perform repetitive motions in a fast-paced shop environment Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and bend charts Accurately bend and form sheet metal from 24 gauge to 10 gauge Select appropriate tooling and adjust machine settings for various materials and thicknesses Verify part dimensions and quality using precision measuring tools Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot basic operational issues Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area Work with production and fabrication teams to meet quality and efficiency goals Join our team today to be part of a vibrant manufacturing environment where your skills drive innovation!
