Requirements The Experience:

Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with flat layout, bend allowances, and programming.

The Tech:

Proven experience running Accupress and Amada machines.

The Mindset:

You are a "Reliable Closer." You show up, you hit your numbers, and you don't mind changing tasks if the shop's bottleneck moves to a different station.

The Physicality:
