The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining press brake machinery to produce high-quality metal components. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Operate press brake machines to bend and shape metal sheets. Set up and adjust machine settings for various jobs. Read and interpret blueprints and work orders. Measure and inspect materials to ensure compliance with specifications. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations. Maintain a clean and organized work area using 5s program. Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines Experience High school diploma or GED. Able to follow verbal orders from supervisor, work with limited supervision. Previous experience as a press brake operator. Ability to properly use hand tools and read tape measure. Good mental and visual effort required. Must have good work habits. (Be on time, do not miss work, take pride in work, etc.). Job requires standing and operating foot pedal most of shift, some lifting. Must be able lift up to 80 pounds and 50 repetitively.
