$18.00•23.00/hour based on experience Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Press Brake Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating press brake machinery to bend, shape, and customize metal components according to precise specifications. This position requires a strong understanding of press brake operations, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining the highest levels of safety and quality. Responsibilities Set up and operate press brake machinery in accordance with production specifications and safety guidelines. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine machine settings and product requirements. Perform quality checks on completed parts to ensure accuracy and adherence to design specifications. Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal performance. Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of press brake equipment to minimize downtime. Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and resolve any operational challenges. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and company policies. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machining or manufacturing is a plus. 2+ years experience as a Press Brake Operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical documents. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic equipment maintenance. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting. #PDTOP
