What You'll Do As a Press Brake Operator at BCA, you'll play a vital role in fabricating high-quality components.

Your day-to-day will include:

Setting up and operating press brake machines and rolls to form metal parts accurately Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and work orders Selecting the right tooling, dies, and machine settings for each job Measuring and inspecting finished parts using calipers, tape measures, and precision tools Ensuring all work meets strict quality and dimensional standards Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised workspace Planning ahead and staying organised to meet production deadlines You'll work both independently and as part of a collaborative team, no two days are the same. What We're Looking For We're seeking a reliable, proactive individual who takes pride in their work:

Required:

2+ years of press brake operating experience Strong mechanical aptitude Ability to read and work from technical drawings Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, email) High School diploma (or equivalent / on-the-job training) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet for extended periods

Preferred:

Experience working with large parts and stainless steel Familiarity with hand and power tools Your traits: Positive, "can-do" attitude Strong attention to detail Reliable and punctual Team player with the ability to work independently Why Join BCA?
