Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a factory environment, particularly with press brake machines and quality control processes. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating various machinery, ensuring the production of high-quality products while adhering to safety standards. Responsibilities Operate and maintain press brake machines and other manufacturing equipment. Utilize hand tools effectively to fabricate components as per specifications. Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet required standards. Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency. Safely package finished products for shipment using appropriate methods. Assist in CAM programming for machine operations when necessary. Operate forklifts to transport materials within the facility as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Experience Previous experience in a manufacturing facility is preferred, with a focus on operating machinery such as press brake machines. Familiarity with quality control processes and standards in a factory setting. Experience with hand tools and basic fabrication techniques is essential. Knowledge of CAM programming is a plus but not mandatory. Forklift certification or experience operating forklifts is advantageous.
