Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm Type of position: Full-time, Trial to Hire About this opportunity: Do you have experience in turret punch operating? Atlas Staffing in Burnsville has the perfect position for you! In this position, you will be setting up, loading, and bending sheet metal with punch and press brakes, checking sheet metal material, setting up CNC turret punch and turrent laser equipment to punch out sheet metal parts, and more! What makes you a good fit:- A working knowledge of CNC operated machines and be able to program jobs, load/unload the machine, and change dies and punches, as needed.
- Proficient at operating the CNC turret punch, including running programs and changing dies and/or punches based on job requirements
- Proficient at sharpening turret punch dies and punches on the tool sharpener
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and production drawings
- Demonstrated ability to teach and train others in the use of the CNC turret punch
- Bilingual English/Spanish competence a plus
