This is a full-time, day-shift position for someone who takes pride in producing accurate sheet metal parts and wants to be a dependable, valued member of a growing company. If you have press brake or sheet metal forming experience and enjoy working with modern equipment, we want to hear from you. Equipment Accurpress Accell Press Brake Vision Control 3-axis back gauge (Hydraulic press brake experience preferred but not required) ________________________________________ What You'll Do Set up and operate a press brake to form and bend sheet metal parts Work from shop drawings and blueprints to meet design specifications Program bend sequences, angles, and tonnage (training provided) Inspect parts for accuracy and quality Troubleshoot issues and work with team members to resolve them Maintain a safe, organized work area ________________________________________ What We're Looking For 2+ years of manufacturing experience (press brake experience preferred) Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings Knowledge of sheet metal forming and bending processes Basic math skills for bend calculations and measurements Strong attention to detail and quality Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Willingness to learn and grow with additional training ________________________________________ Training & Advancement In-house training from a Senior Press Brake Operator Additional training opportunities available for skill development and advancement ________________________________________

Pay & Benefits Pay:

$23-$25 per hour (based on experience)
