• 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM $23 to $32 per hour DOE We are seeking skilled sheet metal Press Brake Operators to join a growing manufacturing team in Durham, NC.

In this role, you will set up and operate press brake machines to form high-quality metal components according to engineering specifications. Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Benefits Weekly Pay Free Online Education A Dedicated Recruiter Job Requirements Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and form sheet metal parts Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and engineering drawings Select, install, and adjust tooling including dies, punches, and back gauges Program CNC press brakes or adjust manual controls as required Measure and inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges Perform first-article inspections and verify tolerance compliance Make machine adjustments to maintain quality and production efficiency Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area Meet production schedules while maintaining quality standards Communicate production issues or improvement opportunities to supervisors High school diploma or GED required 1 to 3 years of press brake experience preferred, entry-level candidates considered Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools CNC press brake experience preferred Knowledge of steel, aluminum, and stainless steel Strong attention to detail and quality Basic math skills including fractions, decimals, and measurements Ability to work independently and as part of a team Apply Now!
