This energetic position involves operating heat press machines to transfer designs onto garments efficiently and accurately. You'll ensure each product meets our quality standards while maintaining a safe and organized workspace. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for manufacturing and materials handling, this is your opportunity to contribute to a creative and innovative team! Duties Operate heat press machines to apply designs onto various apparel items with precision and consistency Print and organize DTF Transfers for jobs Perform quality inspections on finished products to ensure color accuracy, placement, and durability of transfers Prepare garments and materials for pressing, including loading, aligning, and securing items properly Conduct routine maintenance on heat press and DTF Printer to ensure optimal performance and safety Assist with materials handling tasks such as packaging finished products and organizing inventory in the warehouse Experience Previous experience operating heat press machines or in a screen printing environment is highly desirable but not necessary - will train on job Familiarity with quality inspection procedures for apparel manufacturing Basic mechanical knowledge related to machinery maintenance and troubleshooting Hands-on experience with embroidery, sewing machines or sewing processes is a plus Join us in creating vibrant apparel products while developing your skills in a lively, supportive environment. Pay:
$13.00 - $15.00 per hour
