Immediate Position Description:

We are looking for a candidate with at least 1+ years working as a press brake operator. Ideal candidates will have strong blueprint reading skills, with a critical eye for detail. Professional experience operating a plasma table is also highly preferred, along with some welding experience. Please keep in mind that this is not a welding role, and we will train you, as needed. We build custom work trucks for the construction industry and this team is responsible for customizing pre-built service bodies as well as building custom projects from scratch. Some projects work off a print, some projects work off premade templates, some projects require us to dry fit components before we begin. Construction is primarily steel but we occasionally use aluminum. We are a quality focused team with many long term employees. To be considered, candidates must have experience operating a press brake, at least 1+ years of professional fabrication experience, as well as be highly mechanically inclined, with a strong attention to detail. We are looking for dependable, critical thinkers, with problem solving capabilities, who can help make our processes more efficient. We'd like you to have a proactive approach, seeking out work, as tasks are completed. And last, but not least, we want team players and effective communicators, who are looking for a long term employment opportunity.

Match Long Term Employment Requirements:

Be comfortable operating large tow motor/forklift as well as large trucks Previous experience working in a shop environment Must have a consistent work history Work safely 100% of the time. Be on time for work Pass drug test and background check.

Physical Requirements:

Climbing in and out of truck bed up to 40 times per day. Working with hands above head for 10-30 minutes at a time Lifting 30-50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day Working inside a confined space for 30 minutes at a time (16.75" wide)
