Job Description

Job Summary The ideal candidate will have extensive experience programming, setting up, and operating CNC press brakes while leading and training multiple operators. This is a hands-on leadership position requiring strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a "Get It Right and Get It Done" attitude. Responsibilities Program, set up, and operate CNC press brakes Perform complex setups in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions Select and stage proper tooling for each job Work with both U.S. style and European style tooling systems Train and mentor press brake operators Lead multiple operators while maintaining productivity and quality standards Verify part quality through first-piece and in-process inspections Troubleshoot forming issues and recommend process improvements Maintain safe and organized work areas Consistently meet production schedules and customer requirements Skills Minimum 5 years of CNC press brake setup and programming experience Experience with Delem controls Experience with both manual and CNC press brakes Strong knowledge of bend deductions, bend allowances, and forming techniques Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and GD&T Proven leadership and employee training experience Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Must own and be proficient with precision measuring tools Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays What We're Looking For We want someone who: Takes ownership of their work Leads from the front Produces close-tolerance parts with confidence Can train others to succeed Understands that quality and productivity go hand in hand Shows up ready to win every day Join our team as a Press Brake Setup Technician / Lead Operator if you're passionate about precision fabrication and eager to lead by example in a thriving manufacturing environment!
Pay:
