Receive support for safety shoes and prescription safety eyewear. Job Summary As a vital member of our team, you'll be responsible for forming metal parts and assembling them into sub-units or complete units by operating a press brake.

Duties and Responsibilities Reading and Interpretation :

Analyze mechanical drawings and blueprints to determine appropriate tools and ensure dimensional accuracy.

Press Operation :

Select and verify programs needed to operate the press, setting up the machine including die and punch changes.

Assembly :

Assemble parts into sub-units or complete units, ensuring quality control throughout the process.

Operational Support :

Utilize equipment such as cranes and tow motors as required.

Safety and Housekeeping :

Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Flexibility :

Perform additional duties as directed by the Supervisor. Minimum Education/Experience High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Manufacturing experience preferred but not required. Physical Demands Regularly required to stand, bend, reach, and move about the facility. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Required usage of safety glasses, hearing protection, and safety-toed shoes. Work Environment Plant environments may include noise, dust, odors, and fumes. Manageable working conditions, with no extreme discomfort. Expect excessive heat during the summertime.
