Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate press brake machinery to bend and form metal components according to specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to ensure accurate production. Perform machine adjustments and tooling changes as needed to maintain production quality. Inspect finished products using measuring tools to verify dimensions and quality standards. Monitor equipment performance and report any maintenance or repair needs promptly. Load and unload materials while maintaining a clean and organized work area. Follow all company safety procedures and maintain compliance with workplace standards. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; prior press brake or metal fabrication experience preferred. Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring equipment accurately. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment. Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills. Welding or fabrication experience is a plus.
