Press Brake Operator 2nd Shift (3:00pm- 11:00pm Mon-Fri)

This position reports to the Production Supervisor
Fabrication Responsibilities:
Fabricating custom parts using a variety of machines including, Press Brake, Pem Machine, Spot Weld, Deburring/Sanding Equipment Receive written and verbal instruction on priority of orders Receive, checks, and handles raw material from inventory, as needed Load, install, and correctly set up the tools to produce parts to print. Set-up for daily work according to production schedule or verbal instructions Works at different workstations as job requires Maintains a clean safe work area Move finished goods to other inventory or work areas Assist with special projects as assigned by supervisorRequirements:
Must have High School Diploma or equivalent, a technical certification, a plus Minimum of 1 year experience Ability to understand written and verbal instructions in English Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively Able to read and understand flat patterns and prints. Ability to prepare and run complex bend set ups and forming operations Capable of using all press brake features which includes but not limited to bending at angles, step bends, proper back gauge transfer between steps, delays etc. Experienced and competent using measuring instruments such as micrometers, Vernier calipers and angle measurement instruments Ability to read quality documents and drawings Follow drawings, understand verbal directions Must possess a strong attention to detail Must be able to tolerate long periods of standing Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 lbs. and occasionally up to 100 lbs. Proficient computer skills Experience in set up and operating CNC press brakes, Trumpf and Amada exposure a plus General knowledge of workplace safety, a plus Work Environment•Manufacturing:
