JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Impulse, Inc. has an opening for a Press Brake in Wellford, SC . Our client is a Tool Making Company . The Press Brake position is responsible for: Responsibilities of a Press Brake includes :

Material Handling:

Assist in the receipt, storage, and inventory management of materials, ensuring proper organization and accessibility for fabrication.

Tool and Equipment Operation:

Use hand tools, power tools, saws, drills, grinders, and other equipment to prepare materials for fabrication or assembly.

Assembly Support:

Assist skilled workers in assembling metal parts or products according to blueprints, drawings, or specifications.

Machine Maintenance:

Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of tools, machines, and work areas to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Cutting and Shaping Materials:

Assist with cutting, bending, welding, or shaping materials using various fabrication techniques, under the guidance of senior fabricators or supervisors.

Safety Compliance:

Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment. Report hazards or unsafe conditions promptly.

Quality Control:

Inspect materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards, report any defects or issues to the supervisor.

Documentation:

Assist in keeping accurate records of materials used, inventory levels, and job progress, as directed by supervisors. Job Requirements of a

Press Brake:

Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs or more as required. Manual dexterity to operate tools and equipment safely.

REQUIRED

Experience and Education:

Experience using Press Brakes is a
