Compensation:

IS DETERMINED DURING INTERVIEW AND BASED ON EXPERIENCE. RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

Operates computer-controlled brake press. Reviews drawings to determine proper tooling, tooling positioning, tonnage and proper programming. Manufacture parts in accordance with shop procedures and practices using customer drawings. Utilize company generated work travelers to make parts. Familiar with material types and thickness and understands flange and angle dimensions and tolerances, inside radius of angles and blank sizing. Sets up press to include proper dies and tooling. Corrects program functions to meet parts manufacture requirements. Performs various other miscellaneous duties as required. Applicants must possess a can-do attitude plus the ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks on a daily basis. Strong sense of urgency and impeccable follow through is essential. Team oriented and the ability to work independently a must. Clear verbal/written communication skills required.

SKILLS REQUIRED

Familiar with CNC brake press operations. Ability to read blue prints and measurement tools. Should be familiar with standard machine shop practices.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

High school diploma with five years background in machine operation. Some computer background helpful but not required.
