Shift Hours:

M-F 2pm-10:30pm

Press Brake Operator:

$20

• 25/hr.

DOE Laser CNC Fabricator:

$20

• 30/hr.

DOE Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate press brake machines to bend, form, and shape sheet metal according to blueprints and specifications
• Perform quality inspections to ensure parts meet required standards
• Assemble fabricated parts using hand tools and other equipment as necessary
• Use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers to verify dimensions and tolerances
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders
• Select appropriate tooling for each job and make adjustments as needed
• Safely operate overhead cranes to move materials and finished products

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating press brake machines in a manufacturing environment
• Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication techniques and processes
• Familiarity with various hand tools and measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
• Ability to work independently and efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy
