Press Brake Operator

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Press Brake Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and setting up press brake machines to bend and shape sheet metal components with precision and efficiency. Duties Operate, set up, and monitor press brake machines to produce accurate bends according to blueprints and specifications Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) to ensure precise fabrication Adjust machine parameters for optimal performance and quality control during production runs Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting on press brake equipment Use hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and quality standards Collaborate with fabrication and assembly teams to ensure seamless workflow and adherence to safety protocols Maintain detailed records of production activities, machine settings, and quality inspections Requirements Proven experience operating press brake machines in a manufacturing or fabrication environment Strong mechanical knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes including CNC laser cutting, CNC milling machines, and welding is highly desirable Ability to read blueprints accurately and interpret GD&T specifications Familiarity with CNC programming concepts and tooling adjustments for precision bending Proficiency in using hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring devices for quality inspection Basic math skills for calculating measurements, angles, and material quantities Knowledge of safety procedures related to crane operation, forklift handling, and machine operation Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and safety Join our team as a Press Brake Operator if you are passionate about manufacturing excellence! $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
