Press Brake Operator

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and dependable Amada Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience setting up and operating Amada press brake machines to fabricate precision metal parts according to blueprints and specifications. This position requires strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to quality and safety. Responsibilities Set up and operate Amada press brake machines Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders Select proper tooling and perform machine setups Measure and inspect finished parts using calipers, tape measures, and other precision tools Adjust machine settings to maintain quality and accuracy Perform first-piece and in-process inspections Maintain production efficiency while meeting quality standards Troubleshoot machine or production issues as needed Keep work area clean and organized Follow all company safety procedures and policies Qualifications Previous experience operating Amada press brakes preferred Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Experience using precision measuring tools Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to stand for extended periods Reliable attendance and strong work ethic CNC programming experience is a plus Benefits Competitive pay Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Holiday pay Retirement plan / 401(k) Overtime opportunities Stable and growing company Schedule Monday to Friday (7:00AM-3:30PM) Overtime available
