About This Opportunity Pedigo Products, a 75+ year industry leader in healthcare equipment manufacturing, is expanding and seeking experienced CNC Brake Press Operators for our state-of-the-art Vancouver, WA facility. You'll be working with a fleet of newer Trumpf CNC Brake Presses in an exceptionally clean and modern manufacturing environment. This production-focused role requires meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence—your precision and quality workmanship will be essential to our success. Reporting to the Forming Department Supervisor, you'll perform precise forming operations while meeting daily quality and production goals in an FDA and ISO regulated manufacturing environment. Essential Responsibilities Perform machine & tooling setups and subsequent first article inspections Follow job travelers, engineering drawings, and technical specifications with precision Execute and document quality control checkpoints throughout the forming process Utilize Trumpf TruBend 7036, 7050, and 5085 CNC Brake Presses which access a server stored library of part programs Work independently and collaboratively to meet daily production targets while maintaining precise quality standards Maintain an organized, clean, and safe workstation in compliance with FDA and ISO manufacturing requirements Identify and recommend process improvements for efficiency and quality enhancement Proper retrieval and storage of materials and subassemblies to support production Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent 2+ years of CNC Brake Press Operating experience (Trumpf experience a plus) Proficiency with Calipers, Angle Gauges, Micrometers, and other measuring devices Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions Ability to make computer entries of production quantities and quality checks Strong attention to detail with demonstrated commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work efficiently in a production environment while meeting quality standards Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work assignments Continuous improvement mindset Preferred Qualifications Direct experience with Trumpf or similar CNC Brake Press equipment Proven experience reading and interpreting drawings and work instructions Experience with first Article and in process inspections Experience with reporting production in an ERP system

Compensation & Benefits Pay:
