COPY LINK link We are seeking an experienced Brake Press Operator to join our manufacturing team. This advanced-skilled position is responsible for the set-up and operation of CNC-controlled forming, cutting, and rolling equipment. The ideal candidate is highly skilled, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision while maintaining a strongmitment to quality and safety. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC press brakes and related forming, cutting, and rolling equipment. Perform first-piece inspections and final quality checks to minimize scrap and ensure product accuracy. Troubleshoot issues and resolve most production challenges independently, seeking limited supervisory assistance when needed. Assist with training and supporting less experienced machine operators as required. Follow allpany safety procedures and ad to department 6-S standards and Six Sigma principles. Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. What We're Looking For Proven experience operating CNC press brake machinery. Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of metal fabrication processes. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blues, and work instructions. Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality standards. Commitment to safe work practices and continuous improvement.
Pay Details:
