Press Brake Operator

Precision CNC Press Brake Operator What You'll Do:

Expert Setup:

Independently set up and operate CNC press brakes (utilizing our Diamond and Amada machinery).

Blueprint Mastery:

Translate technical drawings into reality, calculating bend sequences and selecting the right tooling for the job.

Precision Control:

Use calipers, squares, and protractors to verify angles and dimensions, ensuring every part is dead-on to customer specs.

Material Savvy:

Work with a variety of materials, primarily carbon steel, stainless, and aluminum, adjusting for spring-back and material thickness.

Shop Collaboration:

Work closely with our laser and welding departments to keep the production flow smooth and efficient.

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

Previous experience in CNC metal forming or a strong mechanical background with the desire to master the trade.

Math Skills:

You're comfortable with basic geometry and measurements (fraction-to-decimal conversions are second nature).

Eagle Eye:

You catch the small details that others miss, ensuring zero defects reach the welding cells.

Pay:

$24-$34 Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Kimberly, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $34.00/hr.
