We are looking to hire a CNC press brake operator at the newly constructed production facility in Menomonee Falls, WI. This opportunity is for a 2nd shift press brake operator. The candidate will be trained on a 1st shift schedule at first, and then transfer to 2nd shift. This position is responsible for the daily setup and operation of a CNC press brake machine. He/she will also assist other operators with any of their daily duties including area housekeeping and maintenance work at the operator level. Responsibilities Set up and operate a hydraulic press or punch Select correct tooling for the job task instructed by job tickets and drawings Load, install and correctly set up the tools required Enter measurements, angles, etc. to produce parts correctly Safely operate crane for heavy/large parts Stack parts on karts in accordance with operator manual and bring them to shipping department Attach labels to finished parts identifying customer, part number quantity, and order information Perform assigned work to time standards and quality expectations Clean machines (guide rails, dies, punches, etc.) daily Clean work area in accordance with company standards Participate in machine/equipment preventative maintenance at the operator level Physical Requirements Ability to stand for 8 hours Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs Repetitive bending and reaching Qualifications Ability to perform heavy lifting and manage physical demands of the job. High school diploma preferred Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Understanding and support of company policies and procedures Safety conscious behavior Excellent attendance
