Job Description

Overview 2nd shift works M-TH only and includes a shift premium!!! We are seeking skilled CNC Press Brake Operators to join our dynamic team in Milwaukee, WI. If you have a passion for precision machining and a keen eye for detail, this is the perfect opportunity for you! In this role, you will be responsible for operating CNC press brake machinery to fabricate high-quality metal components. Join us in creating innovative solutions and contributing to our commitment to excellence. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC press brake machines to bend and shape metal components according to specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine job requirements. Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet industry standards and customer specifications. Maintain and troubleshoot CNC machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance productivity. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Qualifications Proven experience operating CNC press brake machines Strong understanding of blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation. Ability to perform precise measurements and calculations. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting.

Troubleshooting Skills Blueprint Reading Machines & technologies you'll use: Press Brake (Trumpf, Bystronic, Toyokoki)
