KMC Stamping is seeking Brake Press Setup/Operators to work on 1st and 2nd shift to perform sets-up and operate brake presses and punch presses to form and bend a variety of materials. Responsible for part quality and efficiency.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Set-up, adjust, and operate brake press and punch press to form, bend and punch a variety of work Set-up dies and gauges, adjust ram stroke to form materials to proper angle Work from drawings, specifications, patterns, or templates Use scale, protractor, fixed angle and radii gauges
QUALIFICATIONS
1-3 years of Set-up and operation of brake or punch press. Ability to read drawings and work instructions Good math skills; Basic reading & writing skills Strong attention to detail Regularly required to stand, use hands to finger, handle or touch objects, tools, or controls Vision abilities required include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision & depth perception Occasionally required to sit, reach above shoulders, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl Frequently required to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds Some key advantages of working at KMC Stampings include a highly competitive benefit package including: Culture Forward Work Environment 4 Day Work Week with OT available but not manditory PPO Health plan and CDHP Health plan options including
