We specialize in high-volume mail and print production, and we're looking for a dependable Machine Inserter Operator to join our growing operations team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in accuracy, and values being part of a close-knit, supportive workplace. Position Summary The Machine Inserter Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining mail inserting equipment to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient production. You'll work closely with our production team to meet daily deadlines while maintaining high quality and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor mail inserting machines Load materials such as envelopes, inserts, and forms Perform quality checks to ensure correct assembly and mailing accuracy Troubleshoot minor machine issues and adjust as needed Follow job tickets, postal regulations, and internal procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Assist with other production tasks as needed to support the team Qualifications Prior experience operating mail inserters or production machinery preferred (training available for the right candidate) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 40 lbs.
