Position Summary:

Processing Parts within the Bend department including Pressure testing of tubing, aqueous cleaning parts after bending and running parts within the bend cells. Operators will use Saws, End finishers, CNC tube benders, aqueous Tanks, pressure testing equipment and other equipment as needed to perform these duties.

Essential Responsibilities:

The following job functions are not all-inclusive. The employee will be required to perform other job-related tasks and responsibilities requested by supervisor. Job duties and requirements may change as required by needs of Company. Essential Duties in Order of Priority Frequency Performed 1. Daily and monthly Aqueous clean maintenance Daily 2. Aqueous clean parts Daily 3. Using pneumatic braider, polish parts to remove any blemishes Daily 4. Perform pressure testing of tubes to relieve stress and relax tubes Daily 5. Check and measure tubes to customer specifications after pressure testing Daily 6. Read and follow travelers for routing jobs to the next area/racks Daily 7. Trim, face and deburr parts in production cell Daily 8. Using the Kanban supply process, restock supplies for the department Daily 9. 5's + Safety requirements Daily 10. Inspect, maintain and log preventative maintenance on equipment in the area Monthly 11. Using required PPE required for the department Daily 12. Other reasonable duties as business and operational needs dictate

Education:

High School diploma or equivalent

Experience:

None Required Mechanically inclined a plus

• Experience/knowledge of equipment, machines, tools, etc: No experience necessary will train on process and how to use equipment General knowledge of saws and pneumatic tools
• Communication and Language skills: Requires the ability to communicate verbally and in writing in a clear, easily understood manner Requires English verbal and written skills
• Mathematical skills: Requires basic math skills to perform basic calculations such as addition and subtraction

Computer Skills:

Ability to learn and navigate an ERP/KPI system

• Reasoning ability: Assess situations based off knowledge and data/facts and make a logical decision to accomplish a goal. Ask for help from leads/supervisors when needed
