• 18hr (DOE) Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Hot Header.

The ideal candidate will have experience operating hot header or punch press machines and be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position requires strong attention to quality, safety, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate hot header and/or punch press machines Monitor machine output to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met Load raw materials into machines and unload finished products Inspect completed parts for quality and accuracy Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines Requirements Previous hot header or punch press experience is ideal Ability to speak and understand English Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test & background check Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to lift, carry, and move 40-50lbs as needed Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with the law.
