Hourly Pay Range:
$18•$22
USD Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM•2:30 PM OR 2:00 PM•10:30 PM What you'll do: Perform small format finishing and bindery operations, including cutting, binding, punching, saddle stitching, folding, and collating Set up and operate bindery equipment to meet job specifications Ensure work is completed efficiently, accurately, and to quality standards Monitor jobs for accuracy and consistency throughout production Troubleshoot basic equipment or job issues as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines Perform other duties as assigned Requirements What you'll bring: 2+ years of experience in bindery and finishing operations preferred Proficiency with MBO folders and Challenge (or equivalent) cutters required Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Effective verbal and written communication skills Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn; training available for candidates with strong work ethic, reliability, and integrity Benefits Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) Retirement Plan (401k) Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D) Paid Time Off (Vacation & Public Holidays) Short Term & Long Term Disability Training & Development Wellness Resources
