The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of concrete finishing techniques and be able to work effectively in various construction environments. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure high-quality results. Responsibilities Inspect surfaces for concrete pouring correct elevations. Supervise concrete finishers using hand tools and power tools to achieve desired textures and finishes. Inspect forms for concrete structures, ensuring they are secure and properly aligned. Read blueprints and interpret project specifications accurately. Operate concrete pumping equipment when necessary for large projects. Assist with metal stud framing as required by project specifications. Conduct flooring tolerance inspections ensuring proper finish quality. Skills Strong blueprint reading skills for accurate project execution. Familiarity with concrete pumping operations. Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as required on job sites. Skills in restoring damaged concrete surfaces effectively. Knowledge of flooring installation methods is advantageous.
