Job Description
Filpino Turner in Atlanta, USA We are hiring a skilled and experienced Filipino Turner to join our team in Atlanta, USA. As a Turner, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machine tools used for shaping metal parts. Your main duties will include reading blueprints, setting up and adjusting machines, and monitoring the production process to ensure quality and accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine the specifications of metal parts
- Set up and operate machine tools such as lathes, grinders, drills, etc.
- Adjust machine settings to control speed, feed, and depth of cut
- Monitor the production process to ensure quality and accuracy of the finished products
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with machines or parts
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Turner or similar role
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and using precision measuring instruments
- Knowledge of different types of machine tools and their functions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects if necessary
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
- Must be legally authorized to work in the USA
- Fluent in English (written & spoken)
- Filipino nationality preferred
