Pad Print Machine Setup Technician Position Summary RCB Industries is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pad Print Machine Setup Technician . The primary responsibility of this role is to prepare and set up pad printing machines each morning so that production operators have fully equipped and ready workstations at the start of their shift. This position plays a critical role in ensuring smooth daily operations and maximizing production efficiency. Key Responsibilities Set up and prepare pad printing machines prior to the start of each shift Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues as needed Support operators throughout the shift as required Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Qualifications & Requirements Strong mechanical aptitude and basic mechanical skills Proficient in the use of basic hand tools Computer literate Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach Strong team player with the ability to work well with others Reliable and punctual with a strong attendance record Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently Work Schedule Monday - Friday 6:30 AM - 3:30
